Coverage: SNSD warrants that the products purchased through our platform shall be free from defects in materials and artistry for the duration specified above. During the coverage period, SNSD will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any eligible product that is found to be defective.

- SNSD Customer Support will assess the information provided and may request additional documentation or evidence.
- If the claim is deemed eligible, SNSD will provide instructions for returning the defective product, if necessary. (You are responsible for the return shipping fee.)
- SNSD will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or gradual deterioration of product performance.
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers, labels, or warranty stickers.
- Products modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose or specifications of the product.

SNSD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
